Got to play with the 45 XP, made a hammer plate from 1/2" for the welding table, cuts great, operator needs some practice.

Beat the snot out of it at the first stick shift race at Bandimere.  Made it to the semi finals, I'm third in points in a 27 car field.  The BRE 427 ran flawlessly biggrin

first 15 minute test drive in the books! this drives damn good for an eyeball garage alignment, rear end makes a pile of noise(was all new in 2004 gears, posi.bearings) thinkin something dried out?..not sure..engine runs good with the 670 holley avenger.i think im a secondary spring swap away from bog free burnouts! it got up to 190ish and stayed.trans shifts way too early 1-2,and late otherwise, wont go into overdrive till almost 60mph.i think i have some governor tuning to do there.front is too low, rear is good.best of all no driveline vibrations! it has them bad just on my culdesack up to 20mph,then i re did the rear end mounting and springs,it works good now.throttle rod fell off when i pulled back in the garage!

That looks great. Very classic. Love the buddy buckets. Are they original to the truck? I need a swb or a blazer.

i have no idea, its leaf rear that ive changed around, and the front has springs that are too soft and its on the bumpstops.gonna do stiffer springs in the front and shave the bumps and keep it about the same height.
