I’m thinking it might be the perfect excuse for a tcnw trip to Hawaii. I’m sure he’d love a dozen guys crashing the house?

Every one can come, maybe import some woop ass, and every one sleeps where ever. The dream is to do a west coast trip, reality maybe different. I have the drag week trailer. Round trip with the car, and trailer in a container was 17k to Bowling Green.

Sold it.(Trailblazer)

Bought this for my wife on Friday.  2013 Durango R/T AWD.  It was time she got something "Badass" again as she puts it.  After the '03 lifted Silverado that she loved so much, this was a difficult task to handle all our needs(and her wants).  It has power everything...even a heated steering wheel!

Started fitting and trimming the windstar fan to fit.

I cut off the factory mounting tabs so that i could slide it in place and start mocking up.

looks like its going to take a lot more cutting to fit right than I thought.
Ideally you would want the shroud for these things to be flush with the core if possible... This is 1-9/16" wider than the core area and will overlap over the tanks a bit.. which is not a big deal, except the tanks raised are a full 1/2" above the core...

So i'll be notching the corners for the upper and lower hoses and the drain... then trimming the sides to allow the top and bottom to sit down flush with the core.

I could also let one side sit on the core and the otherside overlap the tank more and only trim out that side to bring it down flush... but then i have to worry about the fan blade on that side and how close it gets to the tank. Of course i could allow it to tilt and seal the gaps with rubber or something... Have not decided yet. many options.

My HyperTherm 30 was literally not cutting it for thicker metal. Gaspro/Airgas had their welding show, and I stepped up to a Hypertherm PowerMax 45 XP. I just got it home, put together, and made a cut. This was with slippers, and shorts, I stood way back, so the cut is not that great, but I like the machine.

Got to play with the 45 XP, made a hammer plate from 1/2" for the welding table, cuts great, operator needs some practice.
