I'm half way tempted to pick that up in case I buy a roller at some point.

Well, at that point where I'm sooooo close to tying up the interior but waiting on parts that I some how over looked to order. Picked up a few things at Biscays on Saturday, but not the entire list. Now playing the hurry up and wait game. Really eager to get this interior out of the way so I can fully commit to the drivetrain and then suspension. So while I was messing around on Sunday, I dropped in the "LS".

Yes, that's a P-Ayr LS engine. The guy is located north of KC. Awesome to have. My first LS was a bigger pain in the rear than this one now that mounts and everything have all been totally figured out. So once I have few little things I'll bolt the Tremec to it and get it placed and think about starting on the hot side. Pretty soon and I'll be onto the fun part of the build!

Nice to meet you today "dropped72SS"!  Love your 72.  Cant wait to see it out on the road soon!  Though I think you'll be driving much sooner than I will.

Had a few hours to kill today and started getting ready for the engine and trans to go in so I can make the adjustments to the tunnel.  Will see if I have the patience this time around to not just hack and patch but measure and make smaller cuts.  Lots to do and I have the entire weekend free.  =)

I'm trying to race you Mike to see who is drivable first!  Trying like hell to make it to Good Guys in Puyallup and then over in Spokane.  Time and $$$!

How's the 66 coming along?

Lots of travel but I'm finally home for a two week stretch and hope to get some work done.  Finally got the hydraulic clutch all done and in.  Soooooooo much cleaner than the first time around when I did this on my Chevelle and used a fork and z-bar.  Never will do that again.  Gauges finally came in.  Now to finally get started on the wiring harness and get this thing ready to move on to the drivetrain.  Should get a lot done next week.  Wife will be out of town and I can spend all my time in the shop!

bigblock70 (Matt) wants it, but he's trying to figure out how to get it home. So I'm still tripping over it!

Ok- he can have first dibs.

I'm not sure that I will need it yet. I'm Dragging that '53 chev truck home this weekend- it has a 235 six in it too. Was running when parked, but its been sitting for 13 years since... and may or may not want to come to life again- so was just thinking this might be a nice backup.

If Matt hasn't gotten it in 2-3 weeks, and I can't get this one to fire, I may swoop in and grab it :D

Its not going to sit here that long! I'm going to be into making the hotside for the turbo pretty soon and I need the space! That 53 is going to be a fun project. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it.

Well kind of have been fighting the transmission tunnel and really fighting to get some time to go work on it. Have a P-ayr LS that I've used to mock up what I could but I need to hang the trans off the motor to get everything settled and get the cross member cut so I can get the right angle on the driveshaft. So will tear down the 6.0L and get hopefully find some time....oh...maybe around October to work on the damn thing. *&$#@ Have most everything I need but the one thing that I'd pay dearly for. TIME!
