I cant wait to see it painted!!!!!

That picture with the "Hit a deer in 1987" brought back bad memories. A good friend of mine was my roommate in 87 and he had a beautiful black 55 4 speed small black car his parents got him for graduation (I am sure you all know what comes next) He was out partying and headed home one night and got a little carried away heading up to the Westside bridge in Mt Vernon and lost control hit the bridge on approach and totaled the car. Adding insult to injury the car caught fire.

It was black with black leather tuck and roll interior man that was a sweet ride. I have a soft spot for 55's

I'm hoping I get an update soon. Not to worried, he's been busy and I told him to take his time. He could have had it done if I wanted it immedietely but I'm a little behind on projects so It will sit a little when it arrives anyways.

No it wouldn't, EVERYBODY is going with some kind of LS swap or turbo these days.  Nothing says class like a blower sticking out of the hood, especially on a shoebox!!

But if you go this route, I got dibs on the blower motor on the stand!!!

55's are my favorite car out there.
I really wish I hadn't traded mine for the blue 70 chevelle.
I would love to get another one someday.
