Damn dude, that is awful. Sorry about that, looks like a pole jumped into the road.

Lot of work there, but I think it could be saved.

Holy crap dude!
That thing must have gone warp speed into the guy in front of you with all the extra power you were describing.
Hope you can make it good again.

Dang that sucks, hope you are ok.

Now, don't plant this seed and not give us the story behind it. Let's hear it.

You mean corolla?  They coming the other direction or coming out of neighborhood?

Yes Hagerty sent appraiser out and he thinks its totalled.  I should get the 25k.  I meant Corolla to the face not Corona.   It was going west on 205th in shoreline at I5.  It was a head on collision.

See how much to buy it back. I need a shell to put on a rolling tube chassis. Front end doesn't matter, I'd go full fiberglass.

The appraisal was completed 13 days ago. The Hagerty guy will not answer when I call. He calls back, I never see it and leaves a generic voicemail as if he hasn't heard of me. I understand it's someones job to hold onto the money as long as possible. But, I cant stand having the car looking like this and I told him that he needs to come get it or bring me a check. I've been assuming I cant touch it now that its been evaluated. If I'm wrong please tell me so I can pull some of this wrinkled shit off my car.

Call hagertys main number and explain the issue and that you are tired of playing phone tag, need to have someone real work with you.
They were pretty quick about getting me a repair check once the shop provided the estimate on my olds... fwiw.

I wouldn't touch it until they give you a buy back offer. If you don't like the offer, you may still want to tell them to haul it off... But until then I wouldn't do anything.... But that's just me
