Nice!!!! Looks factory!!! Does it attach to the bottom of the bumper or the radiator support to help direct more air up there?

Is it metal or plastic?

I believe it attaches to the core support and yes, it's function is to scoop up some more air and direct it through the radiator.  Brett will have to answer the material it's made of, but probably fiberglass.

I was surprised it's steel. Attaches to bumper brackets (have to drill) and the center core support brace.

The new Woodward Fab bead roller arrived yesterday.
I'm reinforcing it now while it's still straight.

Current combo: 454 10.4:1, Engle HFT cam 244/260 at .050", .570 lift, 850 Mighty Demon Carb, 700R4, 10" 3500 lockup converter, 12 Bolt 3.73's, Hoser 275/60-15 Drag Radials

Best times combo included TH350, 4000 stall, 750DP with 74/86 jets on 28x10.5 slicks.

Best Time at Pacific 6/20/2014, 11.96 @ 110 mph.

79 Malibu: 350 with Vortec heads, Performer Intake, Q-jet, TH350, 3.31 gears

Tow rig: 82 Chev C20 Scottsdale 454

Yeah. Wonder what if anything is different on it. Spoiler is much less noticeable/dramatic on a 66.
